I am focused on strengthening our WWC brand, getting members a ROI on their dues and positioning our non-profit for future success and prosperity. I believe that a board member’s role is to serve each individual member and help guide the collective whole in the right direction. My goal is to regularly listen to and communicate with our members, collecting your ideas and feedback and then bring that back to the board and staff for implementation or proposed change. I love promoting our different district communities and have always worked closely with winery neighbors. I embrace change and support experimentation to find better outcomes. - Terry Wells |
